The terminal machine is a machine used for processing wires, widely employed by wire manufacturers and hardware and electrical appliance manufacturers. It can press the metal head onto the wire end and then conduct conduction testing. In the past, connecting two wires required considerable effort. Nowadays, terminal machines eliminate the need for welding and can stably link wires together. When dismantling, one simply needs to unplug the power supply. There are many types of terminal machines on the market, and we will briefly introduce them. First: Fully automatic terminal machine. Fully automatic terminal machines are controlled by PLC or single-chip microcontrollers, powered by servo motors or stepper motors, and achieve power during the production process. They have high production efficiency, with the ability to cut, strip, and press terminals onto one end per hour, and can automatically detect terminal quality. Second: Stripping and crimping terminal machine. Compared to fully automatic terminal machines, stripping and crimping terminal machines are slightly less advanced and belong to the semi-automatic category. They specifically have the functions of automatic stripping and crimping terminals. They cannot achieve complete automation because manual feeding and foot pedaling are required during operation, but they have high production efficiency. The price is relatively cheaper compared to fully automatic terminal machines.
